Consumer Reports has named the Kia Rio the top “small” car.
The popular magazine says the Rio scores big thanks to nimble handing, along with easy to understand radio and climate control options.
As an overall grade, the Rio scored a 67 out of 100 on the Consumer Reports Test.
The Hyundai Accent barley missed out on top spot, finishing second with a score 65.
