If there are two things we love, it’s the Cleveland Cavaliers and Kia. The two came together Tuesday, as Cavalier Kyrie Irving won the Kia Rookie of the Year, and he also got to give Kia Sorento to his youth league.
Irving, the No. 1 pick in last year’s draft, averaged 18.5 points per game as the Cavs start their turnaround to greatness.
Along with the trophy, Kia also presented Irving with an all new Sorento.
Irving told the media he was honored to win the Sorento, and he will give the vehicle to his high school basketball program. Irving said he remembers driving around to high school tournament games in an old beat up van, and the team will enjoy having the extra space.
Congrats to Kyrie, we look forward to you making Kia and Northeast Ohio proud for many years.
