New Waikem Ford and Waikem Nissan Service Lane

Service Drive of Waikem Ford and Waikem Nissan

The George Waikem Ford and Nissan Service Lane recently opened. It’s locatedon the east side of the facility, Nissan on the left, Ford on the right.

Waikem is ready to be No. 1 in service for Canton and Massillon.

After months of hard work and a lot of bricks and concrete, we’re proud to open the new expanded George Waikem Ford and Waikem Nissan Service Drive.

Check out Craig Waikem’s Introduction to our new service lane.

The new service lane features a large, convenient customer welcome area, expanded waiting room, secure overnight drop box, expanded hours on Monday and Thursday, and museum quality vintage automobile memorabilia.

The 6,000 square foot enclosed drive was our spring project, a complete overhaul to the former service lane located at George Waikem Ford and Nissan 4321 Lincoln Way E.. We hope our customers find it to be one of the most helpful and convenient service lanes, as customer service is always priority No. 1.

You’ll notice the changes the moment you walk in the door. There are designated service drives for Ford and Nissan vehicles, which will be serviced by our expert certified technicians at a price you can afford. You can ever schedule your appointment online!

Customers without an appointment will also enjoy our new Quick Service Lane if they are in a hurry and need an instant diagnostic.

If you need to drop your vehicle off overnight, we are the best choice thanks to our Night Owl Service Box. Open the box, it’s filled with envelopes and you can fill out what service you’d like completed, drop your key in the envelope and drop your envelope in our secure slot.

Then just simply park your vehicle in front of the garage doors, and we will call you in the morning to discuss your service needs.

We’ve also installed a new state-of-the-art Service History Computer Network that allows our customers and certified trained service advisors to quickly check service history, service needs and any potential open recalls instantly with our entire store wide wireless internet connection.

Maybe the coolest part of the new service drive is the museum quality vintage automotive memorabilia decorated throughout the new center. Fans of shows such as American Pickers and Pawn Stars will be in love, because we’ve found and restored all the items they go gaga over, including antique service signs, vintage gas pumps and other great advertising from the height of automotive eras.
