Hyundai is introducing the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport very soon, and this completely new model is bound to turn a lot of heads when does arrive on the showroom floor.
The 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport will be a five-passenger Crossover that is replacing the Hyundai Veracruz. It will of course feature the Fluidic Sculptured Design that has put Hyundai at the top of the charts the past few years.
The Sport will be longer, 184.6 inches, but shrinks its width 0.4 inches. It’s also 1.8 inches smaller than previous Hyundai crossovers. Hyundai said the new Santa Fe Sport will be built with 30 percent more steel than the Veracruz.
The new Santa Fe Sport will be powered by a 190-hp, 2.4 liter direct engine four-cylinder engine and a 264-hp, 2.0 liter turbo four cylinder engine is another option.
Both are expected to get increased fuel economy vs. the previous Veracruz. Up to 33 mpg for the standard engine and up to 31 mpg for the turbo cylinder engine.
