As your teen starts another year of High School or College, they’ve probably saved up some money this summer to start school in new ride.

When looking for your a vehicle for your teen, Consumer Reports says look for:
-Electronic Safety Control
– Side Curtain Airbags
– High crash test ratings.
Consumer Reports recommends teens avoid driving large pickups or SUVs due to possible roll over in an accident. The magazine says its harder for newer drivers to handle these large vehicles, and you don’t want your teen to have too many passengers fit in their vehicle. The magazine says for teens to avoid sports cars because they are faster and have a higher rate of accidents.
