The 2013 Subaru BRZ is a phenomenal vehicle, and it just add Top Safety pick to its reputation.
The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety today announced that the Subaru BRZ was named a 2012 Top Safety Pick.
The BRZ debuted earlier this spring to rave reviews. The sports style vehicle is Rear Wheel Drive, a break from Subaru’s traditional All Wheel Drive models. Aside from the WRX, all of Subaru’s newest models are IIHS Top Safety Picks.
The BRZ earned top marks for frontal-, side- and rear-crash safety as well as roof strength.
It’s no wonder the BRZ is up for North American Car of the Year.
