The redesigned 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe earned a Top Safety Pick designation from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety Thursday.
The Santa Fe, which features the new game-changing Sport model, received a top score of “Good” in all three tests – front, side impact and roof strength.
The redesigned Sport model hit the showroom in August, and immediately became a fan favorite.
This five passenger Crossover is replacing the Hyundai Veracruz. The long, fluid designed is incredibly stylish, and this is a fun SUV to drive.
It’s a finalist for North American Car of the Year.
Features are also a great part of the Santa Fe Sport. You’ll get available heated leather seats, rearview camera, BlueLink,  alloy wheels, and hands-free Bluetooth. It’s also a more fuel efficient vehicle than the Veracruz, with up to 33 mpg.
