If you have big family, you know the need for third row seat.
It can be a crowded and complicated quest to find that perfect third row choice though.
Should I get the SUV? The Extended Wagon? Or the Minivan?
Luckily for us, KBB recently announced which are the best three-row vehicles less than $30,000. Not surprising, the Honda Odyssey was KBB’s No.1 Choice. But many other top models also finished in the top ten:
Best Three Row Vehicles Under $30,000, According to Kelly Blue Book:
We love the Honda Odyssey and consider it to be “Ultimate Family Vehicle.”
The Odyssey is has a ton of space but drives like a sports car. It’s easy to fit your Odyssey into tight spaces, and the seats are some of the most comfortable in the business.
KBB sites the special features for putting the Odyssey No. 1. You can purchase an Odyssey with backup cameras, rear DVD, and even refrigerated cool boxes!
As KBB describes it “It’s like a kitchen, living room and game room on wheels.”
The fun, funky Ford Flex was number two on the KBB list. For those trying to avoid the minivan, the Flex is a great choice. It’s fun wagon style and design unlike any other vehicle on the road makes it a solid choice. There’s always plenty of room for all your friends in the Ford Flex.
Also making the KBB list is the Ford Explorer. This is a long-standing favorite in the three row SUV market, and KBB says its great features help put it near the top. The Explorer features available lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, inflatable rear seat belts and a turbocharged four-cylinder engine that delivers a healthy 240 horsepower along with 28 mpg on the highway.
The second Honda model on the lot is Pilot SUV. This vehicle makes great use of space and is actually a great family model. It’s a top quality model according to J.D. Power.
With up to 25 mpg, it’s the most fuel efficient model in its class.
Also making the top ten is the Kia Sorento. This is a stylish SUV both inside and out. KBB says the Sorento is ”a smart choice for families that only need a third row on occasion, and only for smaller, more flexible bodies.”
Remember that you can learn more about all these models here. Congrats to the top 3 row vehicle picks!
