Review: 2013 Honda Civic

There are a lot of 2013 models rolling off the trucks these days, but none were as anticipated as the 2013 Honda Civic.

We finally saw it person today, and it is even more beautiful than the photos at the L.A. Auto Show.

The redesigned front grille and new headlights are a major upgrade over last year’s model. The new chrome piece underneath the grille give the Civic a much sportier look and the long, swooping headlights are a great improvement. The Civic again looks like the car from the Fast and Furious movies, not the car your grandma wants to drive.

The rear design is a 100 percent improvement. The rear taillights and the chrome line stretching across the back make it the sportiest model in its class. We also like the new black and gray sporty styled wheels.

Overall there are little design cues such as lines and creases that just make this year’s Civic seem much better quality than past models.

That style upgrade continues on the inside. There is high quality stitching along the dash, and the radio console also appears higher quality.

The Civic is also fun to drive. The saddest part of our ride was parking the Civic at the dealership.

There are also some great features that come standard in all Civics. You’ll get Bluetooth, Hands Free Link, and Backup Camera no matter what Civic you choose.

We’ll have more on the Civic as we get to know it. But the first drive was love at first sight. Honda is back, and the Civic is here. Call 330-478-0281 or schedule your test drive.
