Subaru Impreza Voted Best Snow Vehicle

2013 Subaru Impreza

The 2013 Subaru Impreza was voted best snow vehicle by MSN Autos

Here in Northeast Ohio, we are experiencing the start of a major snowfall that could reach more than one foot by the end of the week. Obviously, this is going to make your commute a little harder than usual. So the inevitable question this week is: What’s the best current snow vehicle?

Well MSN Autos has done the research, and they vote the 2013 Subaru Impreza with Symmetrical All Wheel Drive as the best Snow Vehicle.

To anyone who has driven an Impreza, or any Subaru model for that matter, it’s easy to see why the Subaru would be honored with this award.

Of the Impreza, MSN says “the Impreza offers the same unbeatable combination of affordability, fuel economy and the tenacious traction of all-wheel drive plus stability control.”

There’s really no question that Subarus would take home this award. The No. 1 reason of course is the Symmetrical All Wheel Drive, the best driving system in the world.

MSN also gives the Impreza high grades for coming in manual transmission, which some experienced snow drivers prefer.

The Subaru All Weather options, including heated mirrors, a windshield wiper de-icer and heated front seats, also helped contribute to the high score.

Subaru Imprezas also keep you away from the pump, as they get up to 34 mpg, making it one of the most fuel efficient All Wheel Drive models. It’s also a safe vehicle, earning a IIHS Top Safety Pick.

The Impreza is also a Consumer Reports Top Pick.
