Hyundai Claims Top Honors for Customer Loyalty

Yet another honor has gone to Hyundai. We can add this to the Hyundai Sonata being named the most dependable midsize car, and the Hyundai Santa Fe named a “Best Bet” by The Car Book.

This time, however, it is less about the cars themselves and more about Hyundai’s commitment to you, the customer.

Brand Keys, a New York-based brand, customer loyalty, and engagement consultancy, publishes an annual study which examines customers’ relationships with 375 different brands in 54 categories. For the third year in a row, Hyundai made the top of the list in the automotive category.

Steve Shannon, vice president, Marketing, Hyundai Motor America, has said:

“Hyundai continues to be completely committed to our customers from the moment they consider shopping for a new car, through the sales and service process. It’s rewarding to see that our efforts to exceed customer expectations results in superior long-term loyalty.”

Due in part to Hyundai’s newly redesigned vehicles’ popularity, including the Santa Fe, Elantra GTElantra Coupe and Veloster Turbo, Hyundai has seen growing success in 2012. A success that we predict will only improve in the future.
