Consumer Reports says the Hyundai Elantra and Hyundai Accent are among the best cars under $20K. The report, set to come out in the April edition of Consumer Reports, shouldn’t be a surprise to those already behind the wheel.
The Hyundai Elantra may be the best car on the road today, considering everything you get and the price you pay. At less than $20k, the Elantra still comes with Bluetooth, plug-ins for your iPod and iPhone, cruise, power locks and windows and a ton of other features. The Elantra also may be the most stylish car on the road. All Elantra models have the stylish leading lines down the side.
As Consumer Reports says: “The car is well equipped for the price, the interior is nicely laid out, and rear-seat room is decent.”
The Accent GLS is also worthy of the list, coming near the top of the best cars list. The Accent is similar to the Elantra, but smaller, so you get more fuel economy and a car that is easier to fit in the tight spaces. The Accent has similar styling to the Elantra and even more fun colors for the creative driver.
As Consumer Reports says: “basic-yet-sensible subcompact. It has a very smooth and responsive automatic transmission” Consumer Reports also notes how comfortable the Accent is for the driver.
All Hyundai’s come with a 10-year, 100,000 mile warranty, an even better deal for safety and security.
