The 2015 Ford Escape is the tenth least expensive vehicle to insure. That’s according to insure.com, who released its annual list this month. Crunching all the numbers, the experts find that the Escape will save you money every month.
Specifically, insure.com named the Ford Escape S 2WD model as number ten overall, eith a $1,190 average premium. Insure.com calculates the average insurance rates of the six largest carriers — Allstate, Farmer, Geico, Nationwide, Progressive and State Farm.

The Ford Edge is one of the least expensive cars to insure. That’s according to Insure.com, who released its annual list this month. Taking the average rates of the six largest carriers — Allstate, Farmers, Geico, Nationwide, Progressive and State Farm, the Edge was the eighth cheapest car to insure among all vehicles.
Specifically, Insure.com used the Ford Edge SE 2WD model, which cost on average $1,176 to insure. To go even more specific, the Canton-Akron-Cleveland Area was the second least expensive area in the country to insure a vehicle, 31 percent less than the national average.
