The 2015 Ford Escape is the tenth least expensive vehicle to insure. That’s according to insure.com, who released its annual list this month. Crunching all the numbers, the experts find that the Escape will save you money every month.
Specifically, insure.com named the Ford Escape S 2WD model as number ten overall, eith a $1,190 average premium. Insure.com calculates the average insurance rates of the six largest carriers — Allstate, Farmer, Geico, Nationwide, Progressive and State Farm.
This comes on the heels of another insure.com study that said the Canton-Akron-Cleveland area has the second lowest insurance rates in the United States, 31 percent less than the national average.
