Nissan’s most innovative year ever is also becoming a record breaking season, as March 2013 was the highest selling month in Nissan North America’s history.
Nissan announced it sold more than 137,000 units in March 2013, making it the best month Nissan has ever has. The redesigned Nissan Altima, Nissan Pathfinder and Nissan Versa all saw record breaking sales, and the all-electric Nissan Leaf also posted its best ever month.
Nissan is calling 2013 its most innovative year ever, featuring popular redesigns of all its most popular models. Customer are obviously falling in love with these redesigns, including the Altima, Sentra, Versa, and Pathfinder.
The Fusion, redesigned in 2013, is obviously attracting customer’s eyes. The Fusion posted its best -ever sales month — selling more than 30,000 units nationally in the month of March and more than 80,000 vehicles in the first quarter of 2013.
“Customers are buying our all-new Fusion and Escape in record numbers, and we are working harder than ever to keep pace with demand for these fuel-efficient vehicles,” said Ken Czubay, Ford vice president, U.S. Marketing, Sales and Service.
Ford Focus helps the Ford Motor Company reach 2 Million
2012 was a good year for Ford. With the Ford Focus, Ford Fiesta, and the rest of the line up being as popular as they are, Ford was able to sell over 2 million cars in 2012.
